The connection between Jonathon and Charlie the cat was established immediately upon Jonathon’s birth.
They were always together, doing almost everything side by side.

Unfortunately, Charlie’s life came to an end at the age of 15, leaving us with a profound sense of loss.
Jonathon, at the age of six, was deeply devastated by the loss of his closest companion, and his family shared in his grief.

Jonathon had been pleading with his parents to get another cat since Charlie’s death. However, his parents were still mourning and not prepared to welcome a new kitty into their lives.
One day, Valerie, the mother of Jonathon, saw a nice orange cat that came from nowhere. She sat down, and soon the cat jumped onto her lap.
After spending an enjoyable hour together, their time was interrupted when a passing car frightened the ginger kitty, causing it to run away.

After two days, the cat came back, so Valerie introduced it to Jonathon. They were very happy to meet each other.
With each passing day, the cat’s visits to Jonathon became more frequent, as if it couldn’t resist saying hello and engaging in playful activities.
Valerie, upon assessing the cat’s well-being and excellent physical condition, inferred that it likely had a family to return home to, rather than being a stray.

Valerie purchased a collar, placed a note on it proclaiming “I love your cat,” and provided her phone number. The cat’s owner wasted no time in contacting her.
Valerie shared that the neighbor, a 69-year-old lady living on the adjacent road, was overjoyed to see her cat Garfield forming new friendships.
Ten years ago, he came as a stray and the lady took him in. He still enjoys being outside most of the time.

Valerie thinks that Garfield was sent by her cat Charlie to keep Jonathon company and bring the happiness of having a cat to their family.
They want to get another cat, but they’re waiting for the right time.
