After moving into her new home, Francisca from Germany set out to adopt a cat. At her local shelter, she laid eyes on a special and cute feline that immediately caught her attention. “I knew I had to meet her,” Francisca shared with Embora Cats.

Last year, a wounded and sickly cat named Bean was found wandering in an abandoned trailer park. Despite her battle wounds and health issues, the shelter saved her life and nursed her back to health.
Unfortunately, no one came to claim her while she was at the “Lost and Found,” so she was placed on the adoption floor. Every day, Bean, a sweet and exotic mix, patiently waits for someone to give her a loving home.

Francisca’s heart skipped a beat when she came across Bean’s profile on a shelter website. She contacted the shelter, eager to meet the cat.
However, when the shelter staff called her back, they expressed surprise that someone had finally shown interest in Bean.
Francisca was heartbroken to learn that nobody had wanted Bean before. Nevertheless, this only strengthened her resolve to meet the cat. With determination in her heart, she made an appointment with the shelter.

Francisca had anticipated meeting a large cat, but when she walked into the room, she encountered Bean, a small and affectionate kitty with doe-like eyes.
Upon seeing Francisca, Bean greeted her with love by rubbing her face all over her human friend. The sight was so touching that Francisca couldn’t help but cry.

Francisca spent hours with Bean at the shelter, petting and playing with her. Bean was smitten with Francisca and couldn’t stop following her around for more attention.
Francisca couldn’t leave her behind for another night and decided to take Bean home with her. It marked the beginning of a new chapter for Bean, as she found her forever home with the family of her dreams.

Upon arriving, Bean immediately made herself comfortable, laying down on the sofa and taking a nap as if it was the most comfortable thing she had ever experienced.
After sleeping for hours to make up for lost rest, Bean began to explore her new surroundings. Francisca expressed her joy and gratitude for finally having Bean back home.

Every night, Bean hops onto Francisca’s bed, curls up next to her, and waits for her to fall asleep. Francisca added that Bean never leaves her side at night, even waiting for her around midnight if she’s up late.

Bean’s first few weeks were filled with fear of abandonment, causing her to cling tightly to her human.
But as time passed and she grew more comfortable, she discovered her inner diva and embraced her status as queen of the household.

Francisca’s furry companion is a true love-bug, always wanting to be by her side. When Francisca works from home, the pet spends all day next to her computer, snuggling up and keeping her company.
But when Francisca leaves for work, the pet jumps up to the window and watches her leave, with a sassy and adorable expression.

Bean is a playful and silly pup who loves carrying around her trusty duck toy everywhere she goes. She enjoys watching Cat TV by the window and going for walks with her mom to breathe in some fresh air.

Francisca’s feline companion is truly unique. She possesses both feistiness and cuteness and is particularly fond of olives, as reported by Embora Cats.
Furthermore, this cat enjoys vocalizing her presence to birds and the Amazon delivery driver (not other postal services), as shared by Francisca.

Bean is extremely protective of her human mom and acts as her loyal companion. She follows her everywhere she goes, even to the bathroom, to make sure she is safe at all times.

Francisca gushed to Embora Cats about her beloved companion, “She’s not just a pet, she’s my world and a total weirdo. My love for her is indescribable, and we rescue each other. She’s always there for me, even on my darkest days.”

After enduring so much, she’s finally home and receiving the love she deserves. It’s impossible for me to imagine my life without her, as she’s truly special and amazing. I feel incredibly blessed that she chose me to be her mother.
