When being discovered in a field, a kitten clutched to a young man and wouldn’t let go.
Malia from New York heard a disturbance from the crowd while she was watching her kid play baseball at Co-Op City Field in the Bronx. In a field, a group of kittens was discovered curled up.
The kittens were nothing more than skin and bones and covered in filth. When the mother cat was unable to be found, Malia asked Sunny, a nearby animal rescuer, for assistance. “The young children were hurried over to me by her and her husband. They were taken in by my son (CJ Sung) and I, who gave them all baths and bottle feedings “Sunny told Embora Cats.
When three weeks old, the kittens need 24-hour care. They woke up the next day and started to smile. Immediately, one of them stood out.

The younger son of Sunny immediately struck up a rapport with the chimeric tortie and expressed a desire to hold or snuggle with him. She would put on a fierce, difficult look if someone tried to take her away from her favorite person because she couldn’t bear it for a second.
The little physique has so much sass packed. Even though I was the bottle-feeder, Chimera “immediately took to CJ and would hiss at me and my older son,” Sunny continued.

When CJ took the tortie kitten into his arms, she immediately felt at ease. The initial plan was to foster the litter until they were ready for adoption, but this little girl quickly stole the family’s hearts, especially CJ’s.
“The moment he saw her, he said, ‘I like her. She’s my kitty,'” Sunny shared with Embora Cats. CJ was so in love with her that he begged his family to keep her, and they named her Chimera.

As the kittens regained their strength and recovered, their unique personalities began to emerge. Chimera, in particular, had a fondness for playing with her siblings but also had a soft spot for snuggling up to her favorite human.

The little tortie was a mischievous one, always on the prowl for new ways to cause chaos. She quickly became known as the Chief of Mischief, and it wasn’t long before she was the first to venture out of her playpen to plot new antics.
Despite her wild ways, CJ was the only person in the household who could tame her. With CJ, the little tortie would immediately relax and be ready to cuddle with her best friend.

She tends to get herself into situations where she shouldn’t, and Sunny described her as a troublemaker. She is quite intelligent and is aware of who to turn to for help when she is in difficulties.
Over the course of the next few weeks, Chimera and her siblings experienced significant growth and development, evolving into beautiful and energetic young cats. The intrepid tortie, Chimera, continued to act as she pleased and remained worry-free.

Chimera’s siblings were adopted out when they reached adulthood, but she remained with us.
The spicy tortie has been a prankster to the other resident cats. While she gets along with most people, when she is around CJ, her personality abruptly changes to that of a romantic.

Chimera enjoys causing mayhem by running around the house, but as soon as CJ returns, she is eager to cuddle.
Sunny told Embora Cats, “She acts like a perfect angel when Daddy is home.”

All grown up now, the tortie girl is still the same spitfire that they met on day one.
Her tail has fully blossomed and is beautiful. Wherever she goes, she proudly displays it.

Chimera’s mischievous nature dominates the house, but as soon as CJ shows up, she transforms into a love-bug.

Sunny said that CJ is the only person she cuddles with, and he’s also her best friend. She chose him as her companion.
