Man Rescues And Cares For Two Kittens Running Around Building With Dog’s Help

While walking around a building, a man noticed two tiny kittens frantically running around. Concerned for their safety, he decided to take them under his wing and provide them with the care they desperately needed.

Thankfully, with the assistance of his loyal dog, he was able to give the kittens a safe and loving home.

While on shift at Galloway Township Ambulance Squad in NJ, EMT Tom saw two kitten-like dots on camera and made a mental note to keep an eye out for them.

The following morning, he found a kitten sitting on top of his partner’s car engine when checking for animals.

Tom sprang into action when he saw two kittens in distress, one of them clinging to the car for dear life.

He managed to pry the first kitten off, but not without getting a few scratches in the process.

Undeterred, he stayed put until they located the second kitten and rescued it with the help of a heavy duty glove.

Danielle, a volunteer at Kizzy’s Place, informed Love Meow that Tom put the kittens in a box with a pink hospital blanket before Emily, his girlfriend and a Kizzy’s Place volunteer, picked them up from his work.

Once home, the kittens were provided with a comfortable space and plenty of soft items to snuggle.

Emily offered to foster Buddy and Wally, two tabby cats, until they were ready for adoption. They quickly warmed up to her and came out of their shells, feeling safe and secure in their new surroundings.

During their stay, Emily’s dog Arya, who is friendly towards cats, was introduced to the kittens in a meet-and-greet session.

The moment Wally laid eyes on Arya, he was hooked. He couldn’t resist showering her with affection, following her around and rubbing his face all over her. Who could blame him? Arya was irresistible.

Love Meow was told by Danielle that the foster kittens had flourished in their care, thanks to the discovery of toys.

Buddy enjoys strings, whereas Wally has a preference for stuffed animals and toys with bells. Although Wally is bold and outgoing, he doesn’t like to share his food bowl.

Buddy is a bit more reserved, making him a perfect complement to Wally’s personality.

The feline brothers are enjoying their indoor life with their foster parents, snuggling on their lap and hanging out with Arya, their dog friend.

They no longer have to worry about the elements of the outdoors, and have a secure source of food and shelter.

Emily and Tom are grateful that the tabby cats were saved just in time. They advocate for the importance of checking under the hood of your car in the morning, particularly after cold nights.

Although the bonded pair is not yet big enough for adoption, they have caring foster parents who attend to their every need, along with a canine kitten-sitter for company.
